Clients who have Discretionary Accounts are busy professionals who do not want to be actively involved in the day-to-day investment decision process and also who follow an actively managed account philosophy.
Discretionary accounts are accounts on which Swiss Alpine W.M. has full discretion to manage the assets according to a pre-determined risk profile. Clients who participate in Discretionary Accounts delegate regular investment decisions to us. Swiss Alpine W.M. has limited power of attorney on the account, with the authority to manage the assets but not wire cash or securities in or out of the account.
